For years, Bodegas Sinforiano has been deeply motivated by the development of its environmental policies, firmly believing that the production of high quality wine can and should go hand in hand with environmentally friendly practices.
Bodegas Sinforiano is committed to respecting the environment in an integral way: it has a wastewater purification plant based on phyto-purification, with plants as the only purification elements and total absence of chemical products.

This type of treatment plant was the first to be installed in Castilla y León for this purpose. It also has its own installation of solar panels, which means an energy self-sufficiency of approximately 60%.
Furthermore, Bodegas Sinforiano respects the environment as much as possible and does not use any type of mineral fertilizer or herbicides to control spontaneous flora in its plantations.
